About me
Counselling & Behaviour Services proudly provides accessible psychotherapy for everyone, including those with autism, disability (learning, developmental & physical), ADHD, and complex diagnoses. We provide evidence-based treatments to reduce the symptoms of anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation and specialize in adapting treatments to support individuals across a large spectrum, including those with limited communication, and cognitive and sensory challenges.
Clients often come to Counselling & Behaviour Services frustrated, unable to find adequate services in the community. Others are referred after completing an in- or outpatient treatment program at their local hospital. Our approach focuses on teaching and reinforcing coping skills as our clients confront the challenges of everyday life.
It's important to find a therapist who can serve your individual needs, and finding a professional that understands disability and complex diagnoses can be challenging. You have likely already tried seeking help but could not find suitable services or support. If this sounds like you, please contact us to discuss our accessible approach to psychotherapy.
