About Me
I focus on helping to navigate life transitions, relationship problems, work-related difficulties and reducing anxiety and depression to improve quality of life and build mental resilience. I have a patient, yet straightforward style balanced with empathy and compassion.
Born in Hong Kong, raised in Thailand, with time spent in the United States and China, I am open-minded and understanding of cultural differences and find joy in working with people from all backgrounds. Like you, I have experienced major life transitions, from unemployment and career challenges to relationship and family trauma. These experiences can be painful or scary and I have learned that with the right support and techniques, I can navigate these transitions with clarity and come out the other side with greater opportunities than I thought possible.
My approach draws from my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. During my 15+ years as a global business executive, I have also helped others to master their time, mind and sleep so they can accelerate their performance and improve their relationships. I also understand first-hand the challenges of stressful environments and the mental resilience needed to maintain a balanced lifestyle. My goal is to help clients foster meaningful relationships, gain peace of mind, and equip them with tools to navigate life transitions οΏ½ on their own terms.
I like to work with you to identify issues for exploration and resolution by creating a supportive and safe space tailored to your needs. Please reach out for a chat.

Understanding of Intersectionality and Anti-oppression
Intersectionality is the understanding that everyone has their own unique experiences of discrimination and oppression and we must consider everything that can marginalise people οΏ½ gender, race, class, sexual orientation, physical ability. My approach to counseling supports intersectionality by providing a safe and non judgmental environment for the client to tell their life story.
