About me
I have been working to improve clients' mental health for more than 15 years in clinical settings. I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, and assisted many of them in tough situations. I practice in the anti-oppression, anti-racism framework with a strength-based focus and through trauma-informed lens.
I am a professionally trained and registered social worker who has special interests in families relationship, partner relationships, attachment, trauma, fertility, and mental health issues (including depression, anxiety, stress, anger, trauma, addiction, grief, self-esteem and identity).
I hold a master degree in Social Work, and speak fluently in both English and Mandarin. I plan to gently lead you to discover your inner voice, strength, and resilience. As a register social worker, I am determined to support you and provide a welcoming and confidential space for you.
