About me
Life can be overwhelming sometimes, and we may need support in exploring and understanding our concerns from a different perspective to cope with life challenges and move forward. I am here to support you in your journey towards healing and self-discovery. I integrate a variety of modalities for treatment including Cognitive-behavior, Mindfulness based therapies, Solution focused and Narrative approaches to develop and implement short and long-term goals in collaboration with the clients in a safe, nonjudgmental environment and help them meet their needs.

I am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a member of Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals. I hold a Ph.D. degree in Clinical Psychology and I have been involved in the field of mental health (academics and clinical practice) with 15 + years of working experience in diverse cultures. I provide psychotherapy and counselling to adults, youth, and couples experiencing a diverse range of challenges associated with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, anger management, self-esteem, parenting, personal growth, etc. I provide psychotherapy in English and Urdu languages.
