About me
My ideal client is focused on personal growth and healing, calling a therapist can be intimidating I understand for I was once in need of help. When you are ready take a deep breath and make the call that will help you decide on the journey towards your healing. My free 30mintue discovery session gives you the opportunity to connect before you start therapy.
During my 15+ years as a social worker, I have helped individuals, teenagers, couples, and families find healing and understanding in desperate situations. In addition to helping clients, I'm a new author of "Once Broken". I volunteer at the National Initiative for the care of the Elderly also Essence of the mind outreach program. I hope to hear from you!
