About me
With an anti-oppressive approach and strengths based lens, I want to work with individuals in order to achieve their goals. I believe altering my strategies depending on what works for you is extremely important and I am happy to support you through this journey.

A technique I often rely on is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and I enjoy teaching my clients certain strategies of CBT in order to use on a daily basis by themselves.

I am a member of the 2SLGBTQ community, and a great support to anyone who may be struggling with their gender, sexuality or the coming out process.
