About me
I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for you to process and heaI. I am a Registered Social Worker and believe in a holistic and collaborative treatment approach to help achieve your goals.
My practice is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, anti-racist, queer-allied, harm reduction, and mindfulness based. My specialties involve supporting clients with addictions, self worth/esteem, cultural identity, sexuality, spirituality, race based trauma, grief and loss, stress and anxiety, depression, life transitions and career development. My therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing and Solution- Focused Brief Therapy.
