About me
I believe in you: your strengths, your intricate beauty, and your transformative potential. It's impossible to get to know someone so intimately as one does in a therapeutic relationship without wanting the absolute best for them. I endeavour to make it show.

What I bring to the table are a fresh perspective, warmth, humour, transparency, and empirically-supported tools. My talk-based, trauma-informed, collaborative approach integrates techniques from a number of modalities (commonly: mindfulness, cognitive behaviour therapy, narrative therapy, positive psych theory, neuroscience, bibliotherapy, and psychoeducation) in the interest of effectively serving your unique goals and needs.

My therapeutic focus is on individuals. I work with adults of all ages on a variety of topics including - but not limited to - grief, anxiety/depression, day-to-day stress, relationship difficulties, existential challenges, transitional periods, and emotional regulation. We'll look at your past, present, and/or future, depending on what you deem important, examining trends, sticking points, blind spots, and feedback loops. I value your safety, both in and out of session, so we'll go at your pace.

For a free, half-hour consultation, please feel free to reach out. I look forward to walking with you.
