About me
Hello, I'm Kathy Lam, a registered psychotherapist in Ontario. Are you feeling tired, lonely, and emotional? Do you feel distressed about a relationship in your life? A lot of times, we become disconnected from ourselves and others. I am committed to helping those who got stuck, feeling conflicted within themselves and with others, for a happier life and a more connected relationship. I believe that emotions are significant in motivating change.

I would love to empower you with enhanced emotional awareness and self-compassion to live a more fulfilled life and strengthen the meaningful relationships. I adopt emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), self-care, and mindfulness approach to work with individuals or couples that struggle with relationship issues, family conflicts, and other mental health needs.

Together we will discuss the best plan to help you reach your goals as I value collaboration with my clients. I strive for creating a safe, trusting, and empathic environment in therapy. Please visit www.relationshipcounsellingtoronto.com to learn more about my services and approach.
