About me
Have you ever felt anxious or depressed because things just weren't working out the way that you want it to? Have you felt helpless or lonely because you needed someone to listen and no one was there? Seeking help when you are in these types of situations is tough, but I strongly believe that with the right skill set, growth, healing, and change can be possible. As a Registered Psychotherapist, I specialize in working with those that have experienced trauma, intimate partner violence, bereavement, as well as working with those who are struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and low self- esteem.
I practice Integrative Therapy for individuals and couples, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR Therapy, and Mindfulness-based Therapies to better help address the needs of individuals from a variety of backgrounds. I also specialize in anger management and intimate partner violence-related issues.
I strongly believe that it is a privilege whenever my clients share their most vulnerable sides with me and I work hard to create a safe space for my clients so we can grow and learn together.
