Free Sessions

Free unlimited long-term mental health consultation provide by clinical interns from top universities

Attention:
The Unlimited Free Session project was established in February 2021 and ended on May 2022. This project was successful, on time and helped hundreds and thousands of people across the globe during the pandemic. FASS wishes clinical interns all the best in their future endeavors <3

Disclaimer:
These free services are offered by in-training graduate students, and they cannot substitute professional services that are offered by licensed therapists. Feel free to use free session services and find a licensed therapist at the same time.

WHAT ARE FREE SESSION

A safe, private, and comfortable space with no concern about being judged

Free sessions are between 60-90 minutes, could also be short or long term based on the needs of the client. We work together with clients to identify and describe what their challenges are, define what solutions to challenges look like and help with setting achievable goals.

As a non-profit NGO, For a Safer Space (FASS) aims to provide affordable and accessible mental health services, and Free Session is our first step towards this goal.

How it works

  1. Find a clinical intern that best suites your need
    ​Read our clinical intern profile to get to know their cultural and other background.
    ​

  2. Make the contact​
    Send an email with your name and contact information to the clinical intern you think is a fit for you.

  3. Fill out consent form and book your first session
    The clinical intern will send a consent form and intake form for you to fill out. Once the forms have been received, you will then proceeed to book your first session.
